Introduction
The ADF is a non-profit private institution formed by SEEL** in 1996,
to provide assistance, directly or indirectly, to farmers and rural
communities. We support change motivated by individual, group or
community initiative. We provide a range of services which are listed

Direct services for rural community RAGs to develop employment creation projects:
During the second quarter of 2009 the ADF will initiate online training courses for professionals in the following areas:
- decision analysis in agriculture
- evaluation of programmes, plans and projects
- project identification
The ADF also provides
direct professional advisory and consultancy services to private
individuals, groups, organizations, local, national, regional and
international non-governmental and governmental agencies in
agricultural technology, economics and finance, logistics and
telecommunications. We have a proven track record in the successful
development of production functions and econometric model simulation.
We provide services on rural development and regional planning, natural
resources management, including environmental protection and watershed
management. We have considerable experience in employment and
minorities (equal opportunities) issues.
